Session 2: Creativity
and Innovation
in the Business World
Creativity is not some magical or mysterious quality that very few people
possess. In a business setting, it consists primarily of everyone asking,
‘What-if’ over and over again and being open to new and different ways of doing
things, not for their own sake, but for the purpose of improving the nature,
quality, cost, and convenience of your organization’s products or services and
the experience its customers have with them.

Innovation is the generation, acceptance, and implementation of creative ideas.

The purpose of any business is to create and keep customers and everyone in the
organization plays a key role in fulfilling this purpose.
Session 3: Unleashing Creativity to Find New Ways
to Create and Keep Customers
The nature of a mind is to think and it is thinking and generating
ideas all the time. If the right four conditions are present then the mind will
generate creative ideas.

First, we look at the four conditions required for developing and unleashing
our natural creative potential.

Then, we develop a detailed personal action plan to overcome the mental blocks
and actively create the required four conditions.
Session 4: Leading teams for
Developing Innovative Business Solutions
A model of ‘Leading for innovation’ is developed by exploring when are people
in the best position to generate, accept and implement creative ideas. Then we
focus on people skills associated with creating these conditions.

have been successfully applied in innovative organizations around the world.
