Seminars

Innovative organizations need managers who can obtain the commitment of individual contributors and unleash their creative potential. These seminars are designed to help managers understand which leadership styles are most likely to produce those results with diverse employees in a variety of situations. In the process, managers gain insights into their own leadership styles so that they can increase those behaviors that will inspire creative discretionary effort and decrease those that are counterproductive.

The seminars are highly interactive and experiential. Assessment instruments are used to help individuals determine their preferred leadership styles. Task oriented group activities provide opportunities to find creative solutions. Structured debriefings encourage respectful feedback about each participant’s involvement. Role plays and case studies based on real world situations are used to reinforce the principles and values that support an innovation and performance culture. Seminars are tailored to the unique needs and requirements of participating organizations.
