What it Measures
It measures organizational effectiveness related to the five dimensions of the innovation and performance culture model described in, ‘FedEx Delivers: How the World’s Leading Shipping Company Keeps Innovating and outperforming the Competition.’ The survey measures specific ‘Leading for Innovation’ practices for each of the five dimensions. The aggregate score and in-depth analyses enable management to focus energy and resources in the areas where they will produce the maximum benefits.
